This joint project by restaurateurs Arkady Novikov and Dmitry Nemirovsky was founded in Moscow in 2000, and to this day the chain’s concept has gone unchanged—restaurants with menus based around the famed noodles of Japan. For many, the sampling of salads, soups, and entrées that feature different kinds of noodles can be an enthralling gastronomic odyssey. You can also find the traditional Japanese sushi and soups at the restaurants.
Both of the chain’s locations feature a “high-tech” design with detailing characteristic of such a style: white walls and a wealth of projection lamps together with wooden tables and trim and photographs of things Japanese.
