“Just for you” is a new project of balanced nutrition, a project that is for the first time uniting knowledge from the world of medicine with modern methods of food processing and preparation, activities overseen by the Arkady Novikov Group.

The “Just for you” project was launched in August 2006.

The project is headed by doctor Irina Pochitayeva and restaurateur Arkady Novikov. It has for the first time united long-standing medical practice with high gastronomy.

It is a program for those who pay attention to their health and understand that a balanced diet is the foundation of good health and will guarantee feeling healthy for years into the future.

The meals tries to take everything into account: the necessary amount of daily calories; food’s protein, fat and carbohydrate content; products’ glycemic index and compatibility with each other; proper eating times; ethnic and seasonal considerations; and the typical lifestyle of a city dweller. All that information was used in preparation of the menu.

Only fresh and organic products are used in preparation of the meals, which include vegetables and fruit grown at the Arkady Novikov Group’s agricultural enterprise in the Moscow Region.
