Cantinetta Antinori – is a joint project of Arkady Novikov and the Italian wine house Antinori. Such a names both promise and oblige. A family wine house Antinori is existing for 700 years and in 70-s of XX century was one the main heroes in the Italian wine’s break. Cantinetta Antinori is a restaurant about food and wine, which were born from the fertile ground and were generously covered by Toscana sun.
The interior of the restaurant is the house, the wine cellar or even the landscape. Going inside the restaurant, guests first should go through the summer verandah with wicker furniture and nature trees, where is always pleasant to celebrate numerous family events.
The main hall is with light walls covered with photographs, and dark furniture– it is the classics of style.
The center point of the interior is the open kitchen – the symbol of home and the place of main events. Marco Zampieri, the chef of Cantinetta Antinori, is absolutely sure, that preparing meal is a grace and gratitude to the nature for its generosity.
Respecting traditions and realizing the present, simplicity in preparing and a bit fantasy in tastes, all this gives a surprising combination of clearness and author’s originality.
