Gift certificate terms of use:
1. Standard (5,000 rubles), Classic (10,000 rubles), Platinum (15,000 rubles) and Exclusive (30,000 rubles) Gift Certificates grant their Holders the right to receive Goods or Services at the Establishments listed in the “Participants” subsection of the “Gift Certificates” section of the web site www.novikovgroup.ru of a sum within the limits of the value of the Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate Holder is considered to be the person who literally holds the Gift Certificate at the moment of its presentation to the Establishment.
2. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for the equivalent cash sum.
3. The Gift Certificate expires one year from the moment of its purchase. If the Gift Certificate is not used within that period, its value shall not be refunded.
4. The Gift Certificate Holder has the right to use the Gift Certificate for the procurement of Goods or Services of a sum equal to the Gift Certificate’s denomination. If the price of the procured Goods or rendered Services exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the Gift Certificate Holder is obliged to immediately pay the difference between the value of the Gift Certificate and the total cost of the procured Goods or rendered Services. Any unused cash value of a Gift Certificate shall not be returned to the Gift Certificate Holder. Each used Gift Certificate shall remain at the Establishment at which it was redeemed.
5. Each Standard, Classic, and Platinum Gift Certificate is to be used only one time.
6. Exclusive Gift Certificates may be used multiple times to receive Goods or Services within the limits of its value.
7. In case of loss of a Gift Certificate, it shall not be replaced, nor shall any remaining cash value on the Certificate be refunded to the Gift Certificate Holder.
8. The Gift Certificate Holder must inform an employee of the Establishment of his intention to use the Gift Certificate to pay for the Goods or Services immediately upon ordering, presenting the Gift Certificate to the employee of the Establishment for electronic identification. Upon obtaining the results of the electronic identification of the Gift Certificate, the employee of the Establishment shall inform the Gift Certificate Holder whether the Gift Certificate may be used to pay for Goods or Services at that Establishment.
9. If electronic identification of the Gift Certificate is not possible, said Gift Certificate cannot be used for payment. The Gift Certificate Holder has the right to appeal directly to the company’s central office at +7 (495) 739-57-65, or to write a statement at the Establishment that will be reviewed with regard to the replacement of the Gift Certificate. The Holder is required to have the original Gift Certificate on his person from the moment of appeal to the moment a decision is announced with regard to the replacement of the Gift Certificate.
10. In the case of an Establishment terminating its participation in the Gift Certificate program, the Gift Certificate Holder loses the right to receive Goods or Services from said Establishment.
11. A Gift Certificate Holder who is also a holder of a discount card of the Novikov Restaurant Group shall be granted a discount according to the terms of the discount card when paying for Goods or Services with a Gift Certificate.
12. Procurement of a Gift Certificate signifies that the Gift Certificate Holder is fully informed of the Terms herein and accepts them without reservations.
