Novikov Restaurant Group consists of 50 various projects, connected with restaurant, retailing and entertainment business of different formats and price categories. The company has been creating and controlling the restaurants since 1992.

In 1992 Arkady Novikov opened his first restaurant, named “Sirena”, which celebrated its 15’s birthday in June 2007.

Novikov Restaurant Group includes more than 30 concept restaurants ("Angara", “Bon”, “Cantinetta Antinori”, “China Club”, “GQ bar”, "Gusiatnikoff", “Next Door”, “Shore House”, “Vesna”, “Vogue Cafe”, “Vanil”, “Yoko”, “Aist”, “Barashka”, “Beloe Solnce Pustyni”, “Veranda u Dachi”, “Galereya”, “Ju-Ju”, “Kavkazskaya Plennica”, “Market”, "Miasnoy Club", “Nedalniy Vostok”, “Peperoni”, “Piramida”, “Prichal”, “Sirena”, “Syr”, “Uzbekistan”, “Tsarskaya Ohota”, “Veterok”, "White Cafe"), 7 chain democratic projects (Prime Star, “Malen’kaya Yaponia”, “Yapona Mama”, “Sushi Vesla”, “Kish-Mish”, “Delice Cafe”), one chain of beer restaurants “Dymov №1”, karaoke-bar “Krik”, “A-club”, NRG product company (the supplier of fish and seafood), “Agronom” hothouse farm, floristic salons chain “Flower Studio 55”.

LTD “Agronom” hothouse farm was created in 2002. More than 64 thousands of plants are growing at ecologically clean region of Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway on the territory of 6 hectares (strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, egg-plants, melons, greens). Since 2005 Novikov Restaurant Group has been creating and promoting NOVIKOV brand production.

“Flower Studio 55” – is a floristic salons chain, which provides a wide assortment of freshly cut flowers, huge variety of original bouquets, baskets and stylish flower compositions; and what is more – pottery plants, plants for opened ground and different kinds of accessories.

In 2005 Novikov Restaurant Group created “Novikov Catering” company, which is specialized in catering service, in banquets, buffet and celebrations organizations. All the forces of “Novikov Catering” are focused on food quality and service. A very narrow gastronomic specialization – is a company’s strategy, which was carefully chosen for maximum quality observation and its stability.

In 2005 “Oktyabr” restaurant-entertainment complex was opened – it is a joint project of Novikov Restaurant Group and “Karo Film” company group. “Oktyabr” – is the largest multiplex in the center of Moscow, which consists of 5 restaurants: French café-bakery “Delice”, Japanese restaurant “Malen’kaya Yaponia”, Italian restaurant “Porto Chervo”, karaoke-bar “Oktyabr”.

In 2006 “Mainstreet” luxury real estate company entered Novikov Restaurant Group. Company’s line activity – all the operations, connected with residential real estate (city, suburbal, and foreign countries). Commercial real estate specialization – are spaces for restaurants and boutiques.

In 2007 new projects were launched - a unique Pan-Asian cuisine restaurant, named “Nedalniy Vostok”, chain of grill and beer restaurants “Dymov №1”, Japanese “Yoko” restaurant, legendary “GQ bar”, the second floristic salon “Flower Studio 55” on Balchug st., the second Azerbaijan cuisine restaurant “Barashka”. In 2007 Novikov Restaurant Group started heading Philippe Starck’s “Bon” restaurant, which was renamed in “Bon2”.

In 2007 Novikov Restaurant Group launched a new discount system, which gathered the most of Arkady Novikov’s projects.

In 2008 “Veterok” countryside restaurant opened a new spacious mansion of 250 seats, which suits for winter time visits.

In 2009 a large restaurant complex “Gusyatnikoff” started its being, which includes restaurant of XIX century Russian cuisine, club and live karaoke-bar. What is more, in 2009 Italian cuisine “Francesco” restaurant with home-made dishes opened its doors – this is the first project of Arkady Novikov and Ginza Project in Saint-Petersburg.

In February 2009 a new salon of “Flower Studio 55” was opened on Petrovka st.

In 22 April 2009 a Grand Opening of “Bolshoy” restaurant took place. Design-project of “Bolshoy” restaurant was made with help of Arkady Novikov. An absolutely novelty and a total pride of the restaurant – is an exclusive collection of masterpieces, created by such modern painters as Dietrich Klinge, Isabelle Munios, Georgy Puzenkov, Juan Hernandez Piguan, Pierre Soulages, Anthony Taliesse.
